Each Bedroom consists of a Bed, a Tv Unit, and a Wardrobe. The sink for hand washing is placed in the OTS Connected to the Hall

The above Floor Plan Shows the Detailed Length of the Wall, which can be used at the Time Of Construction and Estimation works
Wall Thickness is Taken as 9 inches for outer walls and 4.5 inches for partition wall
Schedule of Door and Window
Main door Size is taken as 3’6″ x 7′ | Room door Size is Taken as 3′ x 7′ and washroom door size is 2’6″ x 7′ | A ventilation window of 1’6″ height can also be added above the door as per client requirements
The window size is 3’x5′ and the kitchen window size is 2’6″x3’6″, the height is taken less due to the kitchen slab.

Story Height for each Floor is taken as 10’6″ / 3.2m for which we have provided 18 Riser at 7″ height and 17 Treads at 10″ width
