20×50 Ground Floor Plan
On the Ground Floor we have created a 2bhk unit for a family, do check the below-provided dimension details:
Car Parking – 9’x14’6″
Drawing Room – 9’x13′
Common washroom – 6’x4′
Dining Room – 9’x14′
Kitchen – 9’x10′
Bedroom 01-9’x12′ with attached washroom of 6’x4′
Bedroom 02- 9’x12′
Backyard/OTS- 12’6″x4’6″
20X50 First Floor Plan
The First floor is built the same as the ground floor plan with a 2bhk unit for a family
we have changed the interior of the drawing room and dining by providing a wooden partition area to feel a larger open area.
the drawing room size is slightly increased to- 9’x15′ and the Dining area is reduced to – 9’x11′
We have got a front balcony and a back balcony.
20×50 House Elevation
As shown in the above Elevation Plan, The total height of the building is 31 feet and 6inches
Story Height is taken as 10 feet and 6inches each with a headroom height of 8 feet
Plinth Height is taken as 2 feet 6 inches whereas the parking level is 2 feet above the road level
