Ground Floor Plan Features
When we move Inside the House there is a living room with an open roof concept, moving forward there is a dining area
In the dining, there is a stair on the right side, and left there is a Puja room as shown in the above plan
from the dining area we have two connected bedroom on the right side portion of the house with an attached washroom
on the top left corner, we have our kitchen area with an attached utility room and a storeroom, also we have provided a second entrance door from the utility area
there is also a common washroom with a separate sink(hand wash) area as shown in the plan
Ground Floor Plan Area Details
The Built-up Area is 1664Sq.Ft. in addition to a Sitout and parking area of 589Sq.Ft

First Floor Plan Has Two bedroom same as the ground floor, with attached washroom
also we have a family sitting area connected with a balcony and back terrace area

Built-up area 1018Sq. Ft. and Terrace area of 467Sq.ft.
