Two Story | 3 units | 2bhk-Ground Floor | 1bhk-2units First Floor | car parking area | plot dimension – 49feet by 32feet 10inches
Ground Floor Plan
As we enter from the main gate we first get our Parking area of 10’x24’4″
For entering the ground floor we have two entrances one opens up in the drawing-room (14’x11′) and the second opens up in the kitchen+dining (14’x13’3″)
Between drawing and dining, we have the stairs area
moving forward we have two bedrooms one with an attached washroom and a common bath and toilet area
Making a total of 01 drawing room, 01 kitchen dinning, 02 bedroom, 01bath and toilet and one attached toilet with the bedroom.
First Floor Plan
as we rise up from the stairs we get a lobby connecting two separate 1bhk units
Both the units are built in such a way that two families can live without any disturbance to each other
Both units have a hall area connecting balcony, separate bath and toilet, and one bedroom with proper ventilation and a kitchen
