35X31 Ground Floor Plan Features
In this Floor Plan, we have provided two entrance doors, one from Living Room and the second from the Utility area
The living area is quite big in this plan with an open roof, the stairs area is also given from inside the house (from dining area)
Moving forward we get a dining area at the right we have a puja room, there is a common washroom with a sink outside it as shown in the plan
We have Created two bedrooms, one with an attached washroom(below the stairs)
At the Front, we have the Sit out area and on the left side of the house we have provided the car parking
Ground Floor Plan Area Details
Ground Floor plan Built-up area 1071Sq.Ft. with Car parking and sit-out area of 469Sq.ft. making a total area of 1540Sq. Ft.

35X31 First Floor Plan Features
As we rise up from the stairs we get a family room with 3 doors – Right connecting to a bedroom, left to front balcony, and front door connecting the big terrace area
the bedroom has an attached bath area
First Floor Plan Area Details
As per the above plan, the first-floor plan built-up area is 661Sq. Ft. with a balcony area of 508Sq.ft.
