22X48 FLOOR PLAN
The ground and first-floor area created in such a way that two families can live in it,
The stairs area provided from the parking area separating the ground and the first floor
Both the Floors have Separate bedrooms, kitchen, washroom dining, and drawing. in short, we can say it’s a 2bhk plan for each floor
The ground Floor plan has a small lawn area whereas on the first floor it’s converted into a balcony
The kitchen is provided in the corner keeping in mind Vastu for the kitchen as its a west facing plot
The drawing room and drawing room are combined but can be separated as per the requirements
22×48 Front Elevation
Plinth height is taken as 2feet but can be changed as per site conditions
Story height is 10’6″ each with headroom of 8feet high, making the total height of building 32’6″ with 2′ wall on headroom (can be seen in elevation)
